Fresh cookies and pumpernickel bread - We Love Food

Our guests kept telling us that we should sell our baking so we are now doing that. We do not keep inventory as we have a small kitchen and we want all bakery items to be as fresh as possible. Pickup times are at 11am and 4pm so as long as we get your order the day before or 3 hours in advance it will be ready at those times.

Our restaurant is open to the public for Breakfast on Thursday thru Sunday.

Lunch, dinner, snacks and alcohol are available to guest.  A menu is available in your room. We ask that you give us 30-60 minutes notice depending on the item as we have a small kitchen and make everything fresh. We buy as much as possible from local markets and make everything from scratch including our sauces, salad dressing, pancake mixes, bread, peanut and almond butters, guacamole, hummus, cakes, cookies, etc.

We are in the upscale residential area of El Mirador de Santo Domingo, in heart of the commercial district 4 blocks from the Sinsa on Carretera Masaya.

Whether you are a business traveler or a vacationer looking to settle in for some day trips and a little relaxation, you are in the perfect place.

We are minutes to all the local amenities in Managua; Vivian Pellas Hospital, restaurants, shopping, cinema, etc and within 60-90 minutes of most of the main tourist areas of Nicaragua; Leon, Masaya, Catarina, Granada and Mombocho.

Our furniture has all been handmade by local craftsman including the upholstery. All the art in the common areas is for sale courtesy of Maria at Torres Galeria.

We source as much of our fruit and vegetables from local markets as possible, including from our own avocado, orange, papaya, melon, watermelon trees and plants.  We also have a small on-site garden that supplies some of our herbs.

As of July 2016, the hotel was newly renovated  from top to bottom with new bathrooms, new tile, new paint, new furniture, new kitchen, new everything.

In SeptemberOctober 2017 we completed the pool and The Garden / El Jardin area which is now available for event rentals.

Shorter term expansion plans include 2 additional suites, a new evening lounge featuring quiet music, drinks and simple, light and tasty appetizers / tapas.

Future expansion plans include the addition of up to 9 more rooms.
